This website was developed in partnership with Azem William Interactive Design. Steve Burgess (NPS West Yorkshire) was responsible for the coding and development based on the visual concept provided by Azem William. The site is written in standards compliant XHTML 1.0 Transitional. It makes extensive use of Cascading Stylesheets (CSS) and meets the AAA automatic checks of the W3C Web Accessibility Initiative. We are constantly working to meet the manual checks.
The content of the site originates from a wide variety of authors and artists from NPS West Yorkshire - but is coordinated by the Public Relations Unit. We work to ensure that the style of the content is consistent and meets Plain English Campaign recommendations.
