As an organisation, diversity underpins every aspect of our work. We aim to create an environment in which differences are recognised, respected and celebrated. We are committed to promoting and integrating equality in all our work, ensuring we meet the requirements of staff, offenders and victims.
Our dedicated Diversity Unit works hard to achieve a consistent approach to the organisation's equality and diversity strategy. The team are available for advice, support and guidance as well as coordinating work around
